Senior Director/ Director of Analytical R&D/QC

Qualifications: PhD or MS degree in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent with 5~10+ years industrial experience in small molecule pharmaceutical analysis - all aspects of drug substance or drug product analysis and characterization in cGMP-compliant analytical laboratories, preferably in QC laboratories.
Responsibilities: The incumbent is responsible for leading the QC department activities within SynTheAll Pharmaceuticals Inc. (STA), a wholly owned subsidiary of WuXi AppTec that interacts with other functions such as Production, Quality Assurance, Analytical R&D and Process R&D. The candidate should have extensive technical/regulatory expertise and experience in all aspects of quality control of API or advanced intermediates (e.g. analytical method and specifications setting for API or/and formulated products, and GMP compliance) appropriate for the level of decision making the job requires
