Scientist of stem cell research
Master degree in cell biology, molecular biology, developmental biology, and biomedical sciences. Minimum 2 years hands-on experience on ESC and/or iPSC. Demonstrated capability of collaboration with others. Proficiency in English. Knowledgeable on molecular signaling governing differentiation of hES cells along lineages that give rise to hepatic cells and haematopoeitic stem cells. Essential skills in molecular and cellular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA isolation, gene cloning, mammalian cell transfection, real-time PCR, Western blotting, immunocytochemistry, and flow cytometry, etc. Experience on mouse handling
