RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct primary screening assays, secondary/functional assays, and mechanism of action research to support small molecule drug discovery programs.
Develop and optimize various biochemical and cell-based assays
Design experiments, interpret data and troubleshoot technical problems
Write experiment reports

REQUIREMENTS:

B.S. or M.S. in Biological Sciences with 2-5 years hands-on laboratory experience in biochemistry, cell biology and/or molecular biology.
Computerized data handling
English: Good written communication skills
Multi-tasking and organizational skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as with a group
Experience in drug discovery would be a great advantage
