WuXi AppTec maintains strong academic relationship with institutions from home and abroad. So far, hundreds of well-known professors, experts and academicians from China and overseas, including five Nobel Prize winners, have visited the company to exchange and share knowledge.

WuXi AppTec has established a systematic talent development plan, including on-boarding training and on-the-job training. The trainees range from grass-roots employees to managers at all levels.The courses cover corporate culture, leadership development, project management, quality management, security compliance among others.

Having run for 14 years in a row，the WuXi AppTec Summer Intern Program aims to attract young and elite students around the world who are eager to gain valuable experience in the drug R&D process.
