•    Provide annual training for procurement personnel related to sustainable procurement, with a completion rate of 100% by 2030.

•    Become a Supplier Partner of the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative, adhering to its Principles.
•    Implement a comprehensive quality control process, supported by robust in-house quality testing capabilities.
•    Develop an annual quality training plan within a robust quality and safety training framework.
•    Establish comprehensive customers relationship management mechanism, procedures and indicators to measure customer concerns and service quality performance.
•    Promote sustainable supply chain management and conduct regular sustainability performance assessments for our suppliers.
